Before adding a vehicle or requesting vehicle/challan information, the user must confirm that they are the vehicle owner, registered user, fleet operator, employer, agent, or other person lawfully authorized to manage that vehicle.
By submitting a vehicle registration number, the user consents to eChallan.app processing that registration number and related information to fetch, store, display, and update vehicle, challan, renewal, payment, and compliance information from authorized or available sources where applicable.
Users must not submit vehicle numbers or personal data for vehicles they are not authorized to manage. Misuse may result in account restriction, service refusal, reporting to relevant authorities, or other action permitted by law.
Data displayed on the platform is subject to official records and source availability. Users should independently verify critical information before making payments, renewals, filings, or operational decisions.
