No member firm has any authority to obligate or bind eChallan app or any other member firm vis-à-vis third parties, nor does eChallan app have any such authority to obligate or bind any member firm.
eChallan app operates a network of professionals — queries are assigned to relevant independent professionals. eChallan app is responsible to collect payment from customers as per the agreed milestone with the professionals; eChallan app will pay the professionals; henceforth, eChallan app acts as a mediator. Orders given by clients shall be delivered by professionals. eChallan app is a technology company and aggregator and has a team of experts who provide advisory information; however, eChallan app does not itself fulfil the client’s professional requirements — it matches clients with suitable independent consultants.
We are a platform that connects clients with independent professionals who, upon successful payment as per agreed terms, will provide advisory assistance. It must be understood that eChallan app only facilitates introductions between clients and independent professionals. Any contractual arrangements, deliverables, fees, and service-level commitments are strictly between the client and the engaged professional — eChallan app has no role in the subsequent performance of such services beyond facilitation.
Use of eChallan app advisory services does not create a lawyer-client relationship or any other professional fiduciary relationship between the client and any professional introduced via the platform. Electronic communications to eChallan app alone do not establish any such relationship.

eChallan app maintains client confidentiality from consultants until the client communicates with the consultant directly. Independent consultants cannot view private client data unless the client consents and communicates directly with the consultant.
